License Usage
Abode Design Collective grants you a single non-transferable license to download for internal use.
You may not resell, redistribute or share the product with any third party for commercial benefit. Additionally you may not sublicense, to any person or entity, the right to distribute the software or license key.
Clause for Designers
If you are a designer, you can use any of our templates for one client/business/project. If you want to use the purchased template for a different client or project, then you will need to purchase another license (by buying the template again).
You can not incorporate the template in a work created for redistribution or resale by you or your client. You can’t re-distribute for free or resell the template as-is or after modifications.
You can not extract a single canvas out of a template and use it outside the scope of the End Product.
If you purchase a Abode Design Collective template for your own website, or if you are purchasing a template for a client that was originally created by Abode Design Collective, you must provide credit in the footer as follows:

Pricing + Payment Plans
All prices published on our website are subject to change without notice. All payments must be received in full before acceptance of an order. You understand and agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or any third-party acting on your behalf.
If you choose a payment plan option, you are legally required to complete all payments. In the event that you do not complete your payment plan on time or in full, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our template and revoke your template license. In addition to terminating your access, Abode Design Collective also reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding monies owed.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the products, there are no refunds for any and all of the Abode Design Collective products or services.
